UAE Trademark Registration Process

1. Submit the application for trademark registration to the Ministry of Economy.
2. The Ministry of Economy responds to your submission within 30 days.
3. If approved, the trademark is published in a bulletin and in any two newspapers before registration.
4. Within 30 days of the announcement, any interested party can submit an objection to the registration.
5. If there are no objections, the registration process proceeds. The timeframe for issuing a trademark in the UAE is between 4 to 6 months.
