UAE Trademark Registration Process
- Submit the application for trademark registration to the Ministry of Economy.
- The Ministry of Economy responds to your submission within 30 days.
- If approved, the trademark is published in a bulletin and in any two newspapers before registration.
- Within 30 days of the announcement, any interested party can submit an objection to the registration.
- If there are no objections, the registration process proceeds. The timeframe for issuing a trademark in the UAE is between 4 to 6 months.
